Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor (P1204041). She received her Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville and her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has worked in community mental health centers and other agency environments before her current work in private practice.
Lisa values supporting others through their healing process. She primarily works with adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or distress associated with trauma or accumulated life events. She began Somatic Experiencing training in 2019. She has completed 200 hour yoga teacher training programs in 2016 and 2020.
